Mt. San Antonio collected its fourth consecutive South Coast Conference women's swimming and diving title and 10th in the program's history at the SCC Championships meet held April 18-20 at Mt. SAC.

The Mounties won eight events overall, four by their relay teams and two by Kaitlin Howard in the 100 and 200-yard backstroke events.

The big story of the meet though was the individual swims by El Camino's Ida Due, who set two new SCC records in winning two of the most difficult events in the 400 individual medley and 1,650 freestyle.

Due and Pasadena City's Carmen Ung, who set two school records in the 100 and 200 breaststroke races, each won three events and were named Co-Women's Swimmers of the Year.

Mt. SAC beat second-place Long Beach City by 82 points while Cerritos placed third.
